He is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong. Mr. Wong was educated in both Hong Kong and England. He has substantial experience in civil litigation and deals mainly in commercial, personal injuries, banking and administrative law litigation, corporate acquisition, cross-border joint ventures etc. Mr. Wong is now the senior consultant of Y.T.CHAN &amp; CO. Solicitors. Mr. Wong was a Chief Adjudicator of the Registration of Persons Tribunal of HKSAR. He had served as a Deputy Adjudicator of the Small Claims Tribunal of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the \u201cHKSAR\u201d) in 1998 and as an Adjudicator of the Registration of Persons Tribunal of HKSAR during the period from March 2005 to February 2011. Mr. WONG was also a panel member of the Municipal Services Appeals Board of HKSAR during period from January 2009 to December 2014. He was an in-house legal counsel in one of the leading life insurers in Hong Kong and Macao, dealing with legal and regulatory matters pertaining to long-term insurers.
